Overview

Most inquiries Novel receives regarding the changing of margins are due to using less than five images in the carousel layout.

Most Common Issue: Carousel Margins

If you have issues with the margins or "small" appearance of your journey video embed and it happens to be a carousel layout, most likely the issue is to do with there being less than 5 videos in the embed you created within the studio.

Add More Videos to Carousel

If you're experiencing margin issues in your carousel layout, try adding more videos. A minimum of five videos is recommended to make the layout look balanced.
